- Delivery times:
The delivery time, destination in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: 2-3 working days.
Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla is usually between 2-4 working days.
For deliveries in Europe of 3-7 working days.
Keep in mind that the transport company on some dates of the year such as Christmas or Black Friday may take a little longer. These are usually approximate deadlines, although they also depend on the time the order was placed online because if they are made after the warehouse closes, the orders are processed the next day.
When placing the order we will provide you with a tracking number.
- Transportation Responsibility:
Mallorca Bike Sportswear does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the client being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for such effect, such as the absence of the client or the retention of the order in Customs. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred from Customs clearance, including any additional taxes or fees.
- Shipping cost rates:
Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: the cost will be € 2.95
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the cost will be € 10.50
Shipments to Europe: the cost will be € 10.50
For orders over € 50, shipping costs are free in Spain and € 60 in Europe.
The prices indicated have VAT included.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Mallorca Bike Sportswear, you have 15 calendar days from the moment you place your order to request a return, we will import the purchase price of the product (the shipping cost will not be refunded).
In the event that the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect of the product, Mallorca Bike Sportswear will bear all costs to replace the item with one of the same characteristics, if it is in stock, or one with similar characteristics. .
All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their original labels and packaging and adequately protected during shipping. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs generated in the return. We are not responsible for the loss of the items during their return.
- Discounted orders:
All orders that include a discount or promotion cannot be modified or returned.
- How to make a return:
